We are pleased to announce that Christian Bräu has joined our team as Resort Director since the 1st of February 2018. Born in Germany, well established in Mauritius for more than 20 years now, he started his career in 1987 as Demi-Chef at Gourmet Restaurant "Palais" Maritim Hotel Würzburg, Germany. He will carry on in the same group but based in Munich and then Cologne.

In 1994, he joined the Maritim Hotel in Mauritius as Head Chef and was then promoted as F&B Manager where he stays for 16 years before moving at Sofitel Mauritius L’Imperial Resort and Spa as Executive Assistant Manager and was appointed as Resident Manager after one year. Today, his professional career and experience in the hospitality industry make him the ideal person to manage the Royal Park Resort and we are sure that all residents, owners and visitors are in good hands.
