Each property and land owner forms part of the Royal Park Tenant assostiation which acts on behalf of the owners to keep improving Royal Park as well as to supervise the on-going operation and maintenance of the park, common faciilites and the gated community as a whole. There are quaterly general meetings allowing each member to voice out, take part in voting and decide on future actions concerning Royal Park
